“I went to Destiny for a deep tissue massage as I had neglected self care for a while, and my shoulders had become as stiff as bricks. She worked on the right side first, and as she massaged me I could feel my left side starting to relax as well. After about 15 minutes I was dozing off. Yes, we offer exclusive treatment packages and memberships for clients seeking consistent wellness care. This is a wonderful way to maintain results while enjoying added value and priority booking. Arriving at your scheduled time is preferred. Because sessions are appointment-only, I may not be in the office or may be finishing up with another client if you arrive early. If you need to use the bathroom, I will direct you there once we meet for your scheduled session.

There is an abundant amount of parking available in front of our office suite. You may park anywhere within the complex.

Walk to find Suite 301B, directly across Pacific Academy. Bathroom access is available through our suite. Please wash your hands or sanitize shortly after arriving at our suite.
Call or text 760-487-8687 when you arrive. If the front door is locked, please wait outside until I get to the front door and let you into our office suite. If the door is unlocked, feel free to enter and remain in the waiting area.

Cash or Venmo are preferred. Credit cards are also accepted. You may complete payment in person or by using our Mangomint booking software. Let us know if you prefer to pre-pay. We require credit cards on file to book an appointment, so we can run that card or another one based on your preference.

Please note that a lot of physical and emotional energy goes into providing a complete and integrated wellness session. Tips are very much appreciated. The suggested amount is 15%-20% of the session price. However, please note that our pricing reflects the fact that not everyone can afford to tip or some see the service as more transactional in nature. There is no shaming based on how much you choose to tip.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Elysian Rose is a private, by-appointment studio. Each session is curated in advance and reserved exclusively for you. To support the integrity of the schedule and ensure fair access for all clients, the following policies apply:
48 / 72 Hour Notice Requirements
For appointments under 90 minutes: a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
For appointments 90 minutes or longer: a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required.
Fees for Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within the required notice period will incur a 100% service fee.
This policy applies equally to same-day changes and missed appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. If rescheduling is required, the 100% service fee will apply.
Special Considerations
I understand that true emergencies can occur. In such cases, fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion.
